At Pvt Luxora, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product you received is damaged.
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product at the time of opening.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Products without a clear unboxing video.
Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8129384467 with your order number, reason for return, and attach the unboxing video.
2. We will verify your claim and respond with the next steps.
3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days (usually 7–10).
